Our order forms are for single shipping addresses only. If you wish to order items shipped to more than one address, please fill out a separate order form for each different address.
Ground UPS can take up to 10 days, including weekends, to ship from the WEST COAST to the EAST COAST to residential addresses.
1. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
2. All P.O. Box addresses must be sent via USPS.
3. Shipments to APO addresses are shipped via US Mail and your shipping costs will be quoted via email prior to processing for your approval.
4. NO SALES TAX on items shipped outside of California.
5. No International shipping due to the excessive amount of fraud associated with these orders, our apologies.
NEXT DAY, 2ND DAY AND 3 DAY DELIVERY INFORMATION: UPS, Airborne and Federal Express do not count weekend days in their delivery times. Therefore, a package mailed on a Thursday scheduled for 2nd day delivery will actually be delivered on Monday. Thursday is considered day 0, Friday is counted as day #1 and Monday is counted as day #2.
NOTE: If an item is not in stock, you will be sent an email to inform of this. At this time of year some items sell out before we can replace them in our inventory.

Please provide accurate information in the comment section, (if this is a gift..please type in the message for the gift card) the billing, shipping and the credit card information sections to avoid delays in processing your orders.
If we are able to ship the item(s)to you we will need proper address verification. If we are unable to get bank verification of your address and name information provided on the order form, we will request you fax us a copy of the top portion of your credit card statement. You may send a check for your order if you would like.
We are usually able to get verification of United States addresses through our system but in the event we cannot, we are requesting address verification for shipments before processing these orders. We do apologize that these measures are now necessary. We will email you the shipping charges after recieving your order to get your approval before processing the shipment.

If you prefer to have us ship your items via Airborne Express or Federal Express, please select one of these shipping methods on the order form. Prices for this express shipping will be displayed on the order request unless the package is over the normal allowance, in which case, you will be emailed for your approval. You may also have your shipping charges billed to your own account. Just let us know. Tracking of UPS shipments - (if your items are being shipped UPS) You will be emailed a tracking number by UPS when we ship your package. We hope this service is of assistance to you in tracking your UPS shipments. Note: Items under $100 are usually shipped US mail to get them to you sooner.
